Our new Stirling engines are up and running in the lab with the core cooling head going to -65C on the first tests. We are using bio-mimicry in designing the thermal exchange fins and translating the cryo unit to a recirculating air-water system for cooling in our wasabi and strawberry rooms to simulate seasonal change and produce a 12 month harvest season.
