Next Generation Modular Construction
HEAVY STEEL FRAME High-strength structural steel for permanent buildings and larger projects. Suitable for multi-story construction up to approximately 6 floors+, subject to project-specific structural engineering and approvals. Applications include hotels, apartments, commercial buildings and institutional projects.
LIGHT STEEL FRAME Light-gauge steel construction optimized for affordable, efficient and transportable buildings. Suitable for modular homes, resort units, workforce housing, offices and other low-rise applications.
WOOD FRAME OPTION Sustainable Japanese timber construction using responsibly managed forestry resources and skilled local craftsmanship. Provides a warmer architectural alternative while retaining ATOM's modular planning principles.
VERTICAL / TOWER CONFIGURATION ATOM's modular frame geometry can also be configured vertically for compact multi-story applications, including systems based on 20-ft module proportions, subject to structural engineering and local building regulations.
