Organic food production is integrated into the landscape using permaculture, natural farming and low maintenance herbs, fruits and vegetable crops.
Value added products; jams, teas, sauces, are produced for onsite restuarant, and also packaged for guests and retails sales.
Main crops based on our 20 years experience in Yamanashi growing strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, mint, thyme, oregano, rhubarb, pears kiwis and peaches.
