Our mild green tea grown in the sea side fields of Shizuoka, Japan blends natural flavors of Pineapple, Strawberry, Vanilla, Yuzu-Citrus and Sakura. Great hot or cold. Refreshing and fullfilling. Makes perfect cups with easy-flow pyramid bags.
CRAZY MINT
Mint aids in digestion and soothes an upset stomach and can also alleviate nausea and headaches. If you have a congested nose, one sip of tea can clear it! Mint is also beneficial as a relaxant and relieving congestion in Asthma sufferers, but should not be over consumed. Mint also aids in tooth care, by inhibiting bacterial growth and freshening breath.

The Farm
All of our mint and herbs are carefully hand picked and dried to insure the utmost care and flavor goes into every bag. We dont use any chemical pesticides or fertilizers in our fields. Our special methods of growing incorporate permaculture and bio-dynamic principles in a way that stewards the natural environment.
The Nature
Our fields are a haven for birds, bees and benefical insects instead. Surrounding our mint and herb fields are wild mulberry trees, raspberries, wild roses, and yomogi (mugwort), which grow naturally and create habitat for wildlife while providing us with medicinal leaf for our wild herbal blends.
The Tour
Our farm is open for visitors and tour groups by reservation. Guests are welcome to stay at the Solar Cafe & Guest House and help in the farm, pick their own teas, etc."
