Energy Positive
A good building gives more than it takes. Our solar roof packages can produce a surplus of up to 10Kw per average home, which can be sold to the grid or stored in our home battery systems.
Resource Circulation
By capturing and re-utilizing excess heat, cold and moisture throughout our buildings and designing built in air movement channels through our homes, smart sensors are able to find and direct the proper heating, cooling and humidity through the building, utilizing the passive solar venting and in-ground cooling systems.
Water Supply
Water. Its the most important element in a house, and most overlooked. Clean drinkable water in our buildings is ensured with ample storage tanks, rainwater collection, bio-tope filters and UV purification. We can install install wells with solar pumps for locations with good ground water. And our Stirling atmospheric water harvesting provides fresh water draw from the air for high rise apartments or remote locations.
Food Production
Fresh food is grown in the central greenhouse, balcony gardens, and edible landscape. Residents can add modular farms and harvests jointly processed for value added product, sauces, teas etc. Our food systems produce and recycle nutrients to reduce carbon foot print and create a net energy gain.
