Solar Cafe, Farm & Guesthouse Interns
If you would like to join our team and participate more deeply in our projects, we have seasonal openings for Embassy Interns.
Interns receive full training, room and board, and are responsible for learning in detail and managing a certain aspect of the Farm and/or Café.
Minimum length of internships: 3 months. Maximum length : Open.
The Intern will be responsible for helping maintain fields and greenhouses, directing short term volunteer helpers, preparing education materials for visiting school groups, and leading group tours and activities. Applicants (Japanese or foreigner ok,) should be good working with people, speak basic Japanese and/or basic English, be self motivated and willing to work hard. Training will be provided in organic farming, education methods, and sustainable project management.
