We are currently offering the Lake Saiko Eco Lodges to clients wishing to buy property and build a custom solar log cabin. Located less than 2 hours from downtown Tokyo near the shore of Lake Saiko in the Mt Fuji 5 Lakes region, these beautiful solar powered homes and spacious wooded lots are available in a variety of sizes to suit the needs and budget of residents. Available features include full furnishings, loft, greenhouse, sauna, outdoor hot tub, garage, maid and maintenance service, and planted fruit and berry orchards.

Our land is located in a private valley with a variety of land to choose from. Currently we have available 5 beautiful wooded lots mixed with open recreation spaces.

Lake Saiko Region

Lake Saiko is just a short walk from your front door, where residents enjoy Izumi-no-yu onsen, swimming, canoing, fishing, windsurfing, camp outs and beach barbecues. (see Map below)

The surrounding Fuji 5 Lakes area abounds with quaint villages, family farms, restaurants and museums. Fuji Lakeside Country Club, Fujizakura Golf and Country Club, Narusawa Golf Club, Paddy Field Horse Ranch and the Fuji-ten ski area are all within a 20 minute drive.
