Fuji Farm Resort

Project Brief: Mixed use residential and resort village, based around an organic vegetable and herb farm. Central to the plan is an education oriented boutique hotel and craft village, which provides opportunity for employment of residents. Three styles of housing available; Farm Cabins, affordable Solar Homes for small families, and Luxury Eco Homes for gentleman farmers. Each home has a working farm area, and residents have the option to join a cooperative brand whereby small amounts of crops can be raised on a part time farming basis, and processed by the community to create value added products sold in the village shops and restaurant, as well as through distribution to urban supermarkets.
